- pick up stray or rescued animals around Shanghai
- provide an address for dropping off rescued animals
- advertise non-SCAA animals for fostering and/or adoption
These request fall outside SCAA's normal operations and beyond our resources to accommodate.

SCAA heads into end of summer with RMB30,000 in vet care costs! We are OVERCAPACITY and UNDER-RESOURCED for foster homes and finances.
