Girl Scout Bake Sale at SCAA Adoption Day

Concordia Junior Girl Scout troop #16-Waterfall voted to help SCAA this year.  The twelve girls in the troop, ages nine and ten, earned their sewing badge by making cat toys stuffed with catnip and donated them to SCAA.  The girls also ran a bake sale during the May 13th pet adoption day at O'Malley's.  Proceeds from the bake sale were 625 rmb, all donated to SCAA.  The girls enjoyed both making the cat toys and seeing the animals at pet adoption day.  None of the girls adopted an animal, but some of the moms were heard saying, "We can talk about it later...."
